On February 14th is Valentine’s day, this day celebrate differently in each country to depend on the origin and of the religion. For example in the Nordic countries is the day of lovers. This date is at the time that the birds breed, so this day is the symbol of love and creation.

On the other hand to the people of the Christian religion is the day the people admire the god of love, called Eros or Cupid. In this celebration the people ask favours to the god. The people give he presents for get your ideal couple.

I think that the Valentine’s day is a beautiful day that you can to show your admiration to other persons. But is true that is over-commercialized day, because this day many people buy a gift. In my opinion doesn’t need to give an object for to show a person that you love it. The appreciation to a person is proven every day, not only on 14^th of February.

The adventures of food boy

Ezra is the main character of the film, he is an adolescent. He lives with his grandparents and he love to play golf. He has three friends: Joel, Dylan and Shelby. He is in love with Shelby.

He decides to stand for student representative, just discover he has a power, that his grandmother has also. He has the power to make food with his hands. He discover that there are many people have the same power as he. For example many famous cook. He to train for he can to control his power, while he used his power for to impress his friends and became popular in the high school. But a day he lose the control of his power and he doesn’t be able to control it and he turn his high school in a war of food. He must to decide if he lose his power or no. Finally he decide to keep his power.

A newspaper report

The accident happened Tuesday overnight, in a high school I.E.S Castelló in Catalonia. A man’s car collided against a class of a high school and the architects were looking to the building structure so well. So the students can’t do class until the building is fixed.

The car driver was drunk and he was the father of Michel, a student of this high school. Michel died in the school from a beating he received from his classmates. Brenda answers your letter and I give you my opinion about the school uniforms. It was an interesting letter, because I agree that the students should wear school uniform, but also the school uniforms have inconvenients.

On the one hand, I agree that the school uniforms aren’t stylish, but they are more practical and when much people wear the same clothes it doesn’t matter that the uniforms are ugly or not. In my opinion It is easy to choose your clothes every morning and spend less time.

On the other hand, I disagree about people not spending their money on clothes, because the people spend much money buying school uniform and other clothes.

In my experience, I think that wearing school uniforms is more comfortable and everyone wears the same thing. So nobody criticizes other people who wear different clothes.

My favourite sport

My favourite sport is swimming, because I like the water. I began to swim when I was six years old, because when I was little I had respiration problems. The doctor said to me that the best sport that I could do was swimming. I participed in two competitions but I didn’t win. At the moment I’m not training for competitions, because I haven’t time because of the studies. Last two years I to give up swimming. But I swim at the beach and in the swimming pool in the summer and in winter when I can go to health club with my sister.

Sometimes I watch on the TV the swimming competitions. I like to watch how swimmers swim and how fast they swim. Also, I wacth the synchronized swimming, I think that sport is very funny and entertaining.

I would like to see a competition of synchronized swimming in Barcelona because there is a very important swimming club.

My neighbours

My neighbourhood seems of the fashion empire, here doesn’t live anyone that doesn’t wear expensive brand clothes.

A few days ago, new neighbours came, they are a family. They live in a house three houses away.They are a man and a very elegant woman, they are bankers and they have a son. The guy is eighteen years old any has a strange way of dressing, his style is similar to a rock singer who goes much on TV. I think that his sneakers are interesting, they are black with a metallic colour decoration that seemed bullies.

All this I know because my mother and her faithful group of friends are always criticizing other neighbours. Also they find information about the lives of our neighbors. Susan is a friend of my mother, she is more critical, she has much experience in fashion, she works as a cool hunter.
